SESSION Meet and greet which consists of a Detailed Consultation/Assessment • Meet and Greet • Goal Setting • Past and Present History • Nutrition Assessment • Body Compositions (Body Fats, Weight and Circumference Measurements) • Orthopaedic assessment to determine any joint mobility restrictions that may need to be addressed. • Once this assessment is complete a Scientific Based training Program will be prepared for you. 2nd P.T. SESSION We will meet and go through Your New Gym Program • A written Gym Program for you to take away at No Extra Charge. • Specific stretches and mobility movements for maximum performance and to avoid injury. • Warm up exercises to benefit you and prepare you effectively for the workout. • A Scientifically Prepared Training Program that will guarantee you results. • Cool Down and Recovery Options.
